While the 2024 GMC vehicle lineup doesn’t see any new model additions, it does see a host of tweaks and updates. Existing models like the GMC Sierra HD get an all-new Denali Ultimate trim while the GMC Acadia gets a full refresh. Otherwise, the rest of the GMC lineup is more or less unchanged from the previous model year. That’s not entirely true, as many models get feature tweaks and changes.

2024 GMC Acadia

For the 2024 model year, the GMC Acadia gets fully redesigned. From inside to out, the GMC Acadia is all-new. Additionally, the GMC Acadia has a new engine, which boasts more power than previous years.

The GMC Acadia gets a substantial boost in power, adding a 100 horsepower and 68 pound-feet of torque to the overall output when compared to the previous model year. The 2024 GMC Acadia is now powered by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine that makes 328 horsepower and 326 pound-feet of torque. Other notable changes include the addition of 10.6-inches to the wheelbase, which does wonders for interior space. Not only is there increased cargo space but leg- and headroom also get substantial bumps. As far as interior features go, the GMC Acadia gets a new 15-inch touchscreen display, an 11-inch digital instrument display, and a redesigned interior.

2024 GMC Terrain

For the 2024 model year, the GMC Terrain gets a handful of minor changes but doesn’t see any significant updates. The 2024 GMC Terrain tweaks the Pro Safety Plus package by adding blind-spot warning and rear cross traffic warning to the package. The Pro Safety Plus Package is now standard with the AT4 trim.

2024 GMC Yukon

While all the changes to the 2024 GMC Yukon have yet to be announced, there’s handful that we’re guessing could happen. It seems more than likely that the 2024 Yukon will get a styling changeup along with some interior tweaks. It also seems that the optional diesel engine will get nixed.

2024 GMC Sierra 1500

Changes to the 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 are clear, and we know that there’s going to be an upgraded diesel engine, some tweaked trim level features, and the AT4X trim will make a diesel engine standard. This diesel engine is a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-6, which makes 305 horsepower and 495 pound-feet of torque. This engine pairs with a 10-speeed automatic transmission. Otherwise, Conroe drivers can look forward to a similar set of interior, tech, and performance features with the GMC Sierra 1500.

2024 GMC Sierra HD

The GMC Sierra HD doesn’t see a huge amount of change but it does get a solid set of updates. For starters, Montgomery drivers can look forward to a slight exterior design refresh, plus some new powertrain tweaks. Additionally, the GMC Sierra HD adds two new trims: Denali Ultimate and AT4X.

2024 GMC Canyon

The GMC Canyon keeps things more or less the same with the exception of a new AT4X AEV (American Expedition Vehicles). This is an even more off-road-ready version of the GMC Canyon. This will add things like additional skid plates, rock sliders, and increased steel bumpers. Other notable features included with the AT4 can include all-terrain tires, a retuned suspension with increased lift, locking front/rear differentials, and spray-in bedliner.
